Are you making the same mistake as so many others?

So many people are conditioned that weight is the key indicator. Weight does play a roll in overall health, but it should not be the focus as you start a new program. Your focus should be Fitness with the goal to make progress with nutrition, supplementation, and workouts to feed muscle and starve fat! The weight will come off as a biprodcut of the work you put in on these 3 key things. We shared this with our new Restart Challenge group this morning.
