There are two ways to get started with CrossFit Restart
First Option
The First Option Is Option Is To Schedule A Free One-on-One Intro Session ($120 value)This is a one hour private session where you will meet a coach and tour the facility. We’ll assess your fitness level and give you your Athlete I.D. with a recommendation for the best program to meet your goals. Click HERE to view more details and schedule your Free Intro!
Second Option
The Second Option is to Sign up for our 4 week Fit Body Challenge that starts each month. The classes are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday Evenings at 6:30. Once you are finished with the 4WFBC , we will work with you to establish your next step in one of our regular classes and programs.
